Terms & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
SAT Math Coach, operated by SATMC LLC, provides personalized online mathematics tutoring and SAT Math preparation. By scheduling tutoring services, clients agree to the following terms.
Scheduling & Payment
Sessions are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Payment is accepted through Zelle or Venmo.
New clients are asked to submit payment before their first scheduled session. Established tutoring families may submit payment within 24 hours following a session unless otherwise arranged.
Prepaid tutoring packages must be paid in full before the first session included in the package.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee or the deduction of one session from a prepaid package.
Exceptions may be made at my discretion for illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Students arriving late may join for the remaining time, but missed time cannot be added to the end of the appointment or credited toward another session.
If a student has not joined within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be considered a no-show and the full session fee or one package credit will apply.
Tutor Cancellations & Technical Issues
If I need to cancel an appointment, families will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund of the affected session fee.
Significant technical difficulties will be handled fairly through rescheduling or an appropriate session credit.
Session Packages
Five- and ten-session packages are prepaid and provide discounted rates. Each completed session uses one package credit.
Any package expiration dates and refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Instructional Materials & Recordings
Families may share homework, worksheets, study guides, and other educational materials to support tutoring. Please avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Materials provided by families will be used for tutoring-related purposes. Original instructional resources created by SAT Math Coach are intended for the enrolled student's personal educational use and may not be redistributed commercially without permission.
Online sessions are recorded and made available to participating students for educational review, subject to the recording practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Educational Outcomes
Tutoring is designed to strengthen mathematical understanding, skills, and confidence. Specific grades, test scores, or academic outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
