SAT Math Coach, operated by SATMC LLC, respects the privacy of students and families. This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected when visiting our website or participating in tutoring services.
We may collect parent and student names, email addresses, phone numbers, grade levels, academic goals, scheduling information, and materials shared for tutoring purposes. This information is used to communicate with families, schedule appointments, provide personalized instruction, and manage payments. We do not sell student or family personal information.
Online Tutoring & Session Recordings
All online tutoring sessions are conducted through Google Meet and recorded for educational purposes. Recordings are made available to participating students for review and reinforcement of material covered during their sessions.
Microsoft OneNote is used to organize and share instructional notes, worked examples, and learning materials.
Parents or guardians are informed of these recording practices, and appropriate consent is obtained before recording minor students. Recordings are not publicly shared or used for promotional purposes without separate permission.
Student Privacy & Third-Party Services
We take reasonable measures to protect student information and limit access to tutoring-related materials and recordings. Parents or guardians should arrange tutoring for minor students, and parental consent will be obtained where required by law.
Our website uses Wix for scheduling and website services. Payments are arranged separately through Zelle or Venmo. Google Meet, Microsoft OneNote, Wix, and payment providers maintain their own privacy practices. Our website may use cookies for functionality, security, and analytics. Families who subscribe to Math & SAT Insights may receive occasional educational emails and may unsubscribe at any time.
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide tutoring services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Parents or guardians may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable requirements.
